Enology Wine Bar & Bistro is the realization of a lifelong vision for Dr. Dimitrios “Jimmy” Kilimitzoglou — an entrepreneur and community leader with deep roots in Smithtown. Known as the founder of e.s.i. Healthy Dentistry, Jimmy has spent years creating smiles and building lasting relationships. Yet beyond dentistry, he carried another enduring passion: wine.
Guided by his love for people, hospitality, and the artistry of winemaking, Jimmy set out to create a space where connections flourish over a shared appreciation for fine wine and crafted cuisine. Jimmy’s passion for wine grew during his travels, exploring vineyards around the world and immersing himself in the stories behind every bottle.
