A Saturday Afternoon with Bordeaux
Left Bank, Right Bank, and the art of the blend.
Bordeaux, Left Bank, Right Bank. The iconic region that taught the world how to blend wines. Bordeaux taught the world to blend wine to protect against unpredictable weather and create a balanced, complex final product.
By mixing different grape varieties, Bordeaux winemakers turned an agricultural risk into an art form, creating a template that global regions from California to Australia still copy today. We will discover different soil types, different grapes and how they express themselves in the glass.
$69 per guest for the class and the wine, or $89 with an individual cheese plate. Seats are limited and registration is required.
