Enology is a small, tight team built on hospitality. We value curiosity, warmth, and attention to detail, whether you are pouring, plating, or running the floor. Wine knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn matters more.
Roles We Hire For
Servers and bartenders, hosts, sommelier-minded floor staff, line and prep cooks, and event support. Even when nothing is posted, we keep good people in mind.
How to Apply
Tell us a little about yourself and your experience, and attach a resume if you have one. A resume is not required: plenty of the best people we have hired did not arrive with one. What we want to know is what draws you to wine and hospitality.
