A look back at the wines, pairings, and resources from our December event.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on December 20 for our Winter Tasting Class. We hope you enjoyed the afternoon as much as we enjoyed hosting it.

It was a truly intimate experience designed for thoughtful enjoyment. We started with a welcoming glass of Cava, settling in for a guided progression that bridged the gap between Long Island craftsmanship and celebrated international producers.

From the clarity and balance of the expressive whites by Lieb and Champalou, to the structure and depth of our reds from McCall, Zuccardi, and Chinon, we explored how region and style impact the glass. We wrapped up the afternoon on a warm note with a seasonal late harvest from Wolffer Estate, all paired with our curated cheese and cracker selection.

During the class, we discussed how the right tools and knowledge can enhance your appreciation of wine. As promised, here is a list of our recommended resources to help you continue your wine journey at home.
